Why is it that I like grocery shopping in Italy but not in the US? I almost always find it to be a chore in the US, wonder if that is because I don't find the food inspiring there or if it is because that is where home is and so therefore grocery shopping becomes a routine chore rather than a novelty. We went grocery shopping again for supplies on the road during stages and also today is 4th of July so a little celebration is to be had American-style....in the form of a cook-out and maybe the boys have some fireworks or surprises of that sort planned.
