Pre Giro d'Italia: Lucca, Italy

We (Sarah T, Ali P, Rachel (soigneur), Jelly (wrench), Jim and I) arrived in Pisa Italy Friday and were met by Jim Miller and Chris Franges who took us to the SRM/Usa Cycling house in Lucca. I've been to and lived in many places but Lucca is definately up there for a choice place to live: beautiful, great weather, fresh food, great riding, proximity to the bigger cities if needed etc.
Even better, nobody checks any bags when exiting airport....customs involved collecting our bikes and bags and walking out....no papers, nothing...love it.

Sarah and Ali

We arrived at the house where Andrea and Tina already were as they had been here with the USA team. Jim Miller took us on a little spin to get the blood moving as we were so stale from sitting on the plane.

Nothing really on the agenda except relaxing around the house and getting our rides in.
